March finds our honey bees waking up in the warmer southern climate of South Carolina. In this video, you can see the importance of having a queen in every colony. The first hive is without a queen and appears lost and frantic. Looking at the second hive, they have a queen and are orderly and calm. They need a strong queen who will lay good workers.
